Napoli and Roma claim Juventus defender Gatti
0
Napoli and Roma are both interested in Juventus centre-back Federico Gatti, who could leave the Turin club in the summer transfer window.
As reported by the Italian media, Gatti significantly lost positions in the team hierarchy after the arrival of Allegri. Previously, the defender was an important figure in the team, but nowadays he is more and more often outside the starting eleven.
It is expected that Juventus could sign another central defender in the near future, which would further reduce Gatti's playing time and effectively push him to the periphery of the squad.
Interest in the football player is due to personnel problems of both clubs. Roma could lose Evan Ndika, while Napoli need a replacement after the departure of Juan Jesus.
At the same time, the Turin club has no intention of letting the player go cheap. Gatti's contract runs until 2030 and his transfer fee is estimated to be at least €20 million.
