0
The Rukh football club has officially announced the termination of cooperation with the team's head coach Ivan Fedyk. Together with him, the key representatives of his coaching staff are also leaving the Lviv team. As reported by the press service of the yellow and black team, specialists who helped Ivan Zinonovich manage the team are also leaving their positions: Valentyn Slyusar, Yaroslav Martyniuk and Andriy Kovtun. In the last UPL season, under the leadership of Fedyk, Rukh took only 14th place, scoring 21 points in 30 rounds played. The overall statistics of the team in the championship turned out to be disappointing: 6 wins, 3 draws and 21 losses with a negative difference in goals scored and conceded - 20:51. In the draw of the Cup of Ukraine, Lviv residents stopped at the 1/8 final stage. Ivan Fedyk remains an iconic figure in the history of the Lviv club. He gave the Movement many years, going from an assistant to a head coach. It was under his leadership that Lviv players won a historic ticket to the Premier League and took their first steps in the elite domestic division. In addition, the specialist managed to work as a football director, and also successfully led the Rukh-2 reserve team, winning second place with it in the Second League. The management of FC Rukh expressed its sincere gratitude to Ivan Fedyk, Valentin Slyusar, Yaroslav Martyniuk and Andrii Kovtun for their many years of dedication and professionalism, wishing them success and new achievements in their future careers.
