Del Piero plans to revive Italian Rimini

Former Juventus and Italy striker Alessandro Del Piero intends to revive Rimini football club. This is reported by Calciomercato. According to the source, last December Rimini was declared bankrupt and excluded from Serie C. Del Piero is currently working with an entrepreneur from Piedmont to buy the club and restart it. The ex-forward has already held a meeting with the mayor of Rimini, Jamil Sadegolwaad, during which the legal and organizational aspects of the club's recovery were discussed. Del Piero currently lives in the USA, where he develops sports projects. He studied sports management, created several football academies, and also founded the LA 10 FC club, which plays in the UPSL.
