Lazio is considering the transfer of the Real defender for 20 million euros

Real Madrid centre-back Raul Asensio has been linked with interest from Lazio during the summer transfer window. The Italian club is looking for a replacement for Alessio Romagnoli, who continued his career in Qatar's Al Sadd. According to the source, representatives of Lazio have already held preliminary negotiations regarding the possible transfer of the 23-year-old Spaniard. It is expected that the potential transfer fee could be around 20 million euros. However, Asensio himself is currently in no hurry to change the club and would like to continue playing for Real. In the 2025/26 season, the defender played 34 matches in all competitions, scoring two goals and one assist.
