Monza officially announced the appointment of Ivan Yurich as the head coach of the team. Details of the contract between the club and the 50-year-old Croatian specialist have not been disclosed.
In this position, Yurich replaced Paolo Bianco, who left the club and headed Pisa.
The last place of work of the Croatian coach was Atalanta, from where he was fired in November 2025. Juric also previously worked with Roma, Genoa, Southampton, Torino, Verona and a number of other teams.
Monza finished third in Serie B last season before winning the play-offs and earning a place in Serie A.
Yurych's team will start the new season in the elite division on August 22 with a home match against the current champion of Italy, Inter.
