Messi starred in an epic promo for the new Spider-Man movie

Given Lionel Messi's superhuman athletic talents, it seemed only a matter of time before he appeared in the superhero movie universe. And although the 39-year-old Argentine has not yet received his own comic book franchise, he made a bright and effective pass to Peter Parker in a new commercial. According to the promo video, Messi walks into an ordinary coffee shop, where he comes face to face with Tom Holland, who is in his everyday Peter Parker guise. The football player tells the boy that he is participating in a city-wide hunt for Spider-Man, using a special tracker on his smartphone. After this statement, Parker disappears for a moment in the back room, and in his place Spider-Man himself suddenly appears in his iconic costume. In this scene, Messi demonstrates the charisma of a true action hero: after saying only a few apt words, he sets off with the avenger on an impromptu web tour through the city's broadcasterscrapers. As fans have already joked after watching the clip, this scene could be the perfect introductory arc for the creation of Spider-Man's new main enemy.
