Bayern have officially announced the signing of Saibari

Bayern have officially announced the signing of PSV and Morocco international attacking midfielder Ismael Saibari. The 25-year-old, who is currently playing for the national team at the 2026 World Cup in the USA, Mexico and Canada, will join Munich after the tournament. The player's contract runs until June 30, 2031, and in the new team he will play under number 34. Saibari was born in Terrassa, Spain and began his football career at Anderlecht's academy. Later, he moved to the youth team of Genk, and in the summer of 2020 he became a PSV player. During his time with the Dutch giants, he scored 42 goals and provided 29 assists, helping the club win the Dutch championship, three Super Cups and two national cups. Last season Saibari was recognized as the best football player of the Dutch championship. At the international level, he represents the Moroccan national team, with which he made his debut in 2023 after the team's triumph at the 2025 African Cup of Nations. In the current World Cup, Saibari is one of the key players of the Moroccan national team. He scored the decisive goals in the matches against Brazil, Scotland and Haiti, and also converted the decisive penalty in the shootout against the Netherlands in the round of 16.
