Andriy Bezhenar Hangs Up His Boots

Epitsentr midfielder Andriy Bezhenar has decided to end his professional playing career at the age of 34. The club from Kamianets-Podilskyi made the announcement official on Tuesday. Bezhenar was with Epitsentr through the entire journey from the amateur ranks all the way up to the Ukrainian Premier League. In total, he made 141 appearances for the club, scoring 13 goals and providing 17 assists. The club also confirmed that Bezhenar will stay within the organization and continue working in Epitsentr's setup. Before joining Epitsentr, he played for Nistra, where he registered 12 matches and scored three goals.
