Shakhtar Donetsk announce pre-season friendlies in Slovenia

Shakhtar Donetsk have set their pre-season schedule, lining up three friendly matches against Croatian sides during their training camp in Slovenia. Managed by Arda Turan, the Ukrainian side is ramping up preparations for the new campaign. The first test comes on July 19 against NK Rudeš. Three days later, on July 21, Shakhtar will face Slaven Belupo, before wrapping up against Gorica on July 23. All three games are scheduled for a 7:00 PM local time kick-off (19:00 Kyiv time). The Slovenian training camp is a vital part of Shakhtar’s build-up to the upcoming season, where they will compete in both the Ukrainian Premier League and European competitions.
