Sporting Open Talks With Bayern Over Palhinha Return

According to journalist Matteo Moretto, the Portuguese side have already entered discussions with the 30-year-old over personal terms. Palhinha is believed to be open to returning to the club where his professional career began, following an underwhelming stint in Germany. However, no agreement has been reached between Sporting and Bayern yet. The Bundesliga giants are holding out for a fee in the region of €25 million, while Sporting are pushing for more favorable financial conditions. Talks are expected to continue in the coming days. The Lions are keen to bring back a homegrown talent who rose to become one of Europe’s top holding midfielders before earning his move to Munich.
