Espanyol complete loan signing of Quilindschy Hartman

Espanyol have officially announced the arrival of Quilindschy Hartman. The 24-year-old Dutch left-back joins the Catalan side on a season-long loan from Burnley for the 2024/25 campaign, with no option to buy included. Hartman stayed away from Burnley’s pre-season camp after his holiday, waiting for the move to materialize. Now that all paperwork is finalized, he is expected to start training with his new teammates in the coming days. Last season, the defender made 23 Premier League appearances for Burnley, recording five assists. Espanyol, back in La Liga after promotion, will rely on Hartman’s experience and attacking threat down the flank to help them establish themselves in the top flight.
