Yaremchuk set to leave Olympiacos this summer – club won't block move

0
Ukraine international striker Roman Yaremchuk is on the verge of leaving Olympiacos during the summer transfer window. According to insider Vasilis Samprotakos, Olympiacos' board has no plans to stand in the way of the 30-year-old's departure. The club believes a change of club will benefit the forward, giving him the chance to feature regularly. Additionally, Olympiacos is looking to move on from Iranian striker Mehdi Taremi, who doesn't figure in manager Jose Luis Mendilibar's plans. With both attackers likely heading out, the Greek side will ramp up their search for new options to reinforce the frontline. Olympiacos, set to compete in the Champions League next season, are eager to address their attacking deficiencies swiftly.
