SC Poltava parts ways with Plakhtyr and Pyatov

SC Poltava have officially announced the departure of Dmytro Plakhtyr and Oleksandr Pyatov. Both players left the club by mutual consent during the summer break. Plakhtyr joined Poltava in the summer of 2023 and spent three seasons with the side. The defender made 71 appearances, logging 4,164 minutes on the pitch and scoring seven goals. He served as vice-captain, helped the club earn silver medals in the Persha Liha, and later competed in the Ukrainian Premier League. Pyatov arrived in the winter of 2026. During his time at the club, he played eight matches, totaling 208 minutes. SC Poltava thanked both players for their professionalism and contribution, wishing them success in their future careers. It is worth noting that SC Poltava were relegated from the UPL last season and will play in the Persha Liha next campaign.
