Valencia Officially Extends Corberan's Contract Until 2028

Valencia have confirmed a new contract for head coach Carlos Corberan, tying him to the club through June 2028. The 43-year-old Spaniard took over at Mestalla in late December 2024. Under his guidance, Los Che finished 12th in La Liga in the 2024/25 season, following a ninth-place finish the previous campaign. Valencia also reached the Copa del Rey quarterfinals twice under Corberan, bowing out on both occasions. Valencia will kick off their 2026/27 La Liga campaign at home against Real Betis on August 16 at Mestalla.
