Neymar Considering Retirement – Report

Neymar, the 34-year-old Brazilian forward, is reportedly contemplating ending his professional career at the close of this year. According to UOL, the former Barcelona and PSG star has grown weary of football. Beyond the physical and mental toll, he also feels his contributions to the Brazil national team have gone underappreciated. The ex-Santos star – currently back at the club – will make a final decision during a family holiday in the United States. His contract with Santos expires at the end of December. Neymar featured for Brazil at the 2026 World Cup, where Carlo Ancelotti’s side fell 2-1 to Norway in the Round of 16. The elimination left the striker visibly disheartened.
