Crystal Palace Secure Free Agent Óscar Mingueza

Crystal Palace have completed the signing of right-back Óscar Mingueza on a free transfer, the club confirmed. The 27-year-old Spaniard has put pen to paper on a contract running through June 2030, becoming the Eagles' first addition of the summer window. Mingueza spent the last four years at Celta Vigo, racking up 147 appearances, seven goals, and 15 assists for the Galician side. A product of Barcelona's youth system, he helped the Catalan giants lift the Copa del Rey in the 2020–21 campaign and won the UEFA Youth League with Barça's U19 team in 2018. The defender has also earned four caps for the Spanish national team.
