LNZ Bolsters Attack with Nigerian Striker Cody David from Trencin

LNZ have officially added Nigerian striker Cody David to their ranks, bringing him in from Slovak side Trencin. The 23-year-old managed nine goals in 15 appearances across all competitions during the 2025/26 season. Financial details and contract length were not disclosed. The move comes just before LNZ’s debut in European competition. On July 23, the team coached by Vitaliy Ponomaryov will face Belgian club Gent in the first leg of the UEFA Conference League second qualifying round, with the return leg set for July 30.
