New Kryvbas signing Roy Navi has spoken for the first time since joining the Ukrainian side from an Israeli powerhouse. The defensive midfielder moved to the Red-and-Whites on a deal that includes an option to buy. "My first impressions of Kryvbas? Honestly, from day one I received a very warm welcome. Coaches Patrick and Ori helped me settle in, and Bar Lin has been constantly supportive. The atmosphere in the squad is excellent — all the lads have made me feel part of the group," Navi said. The 25-year-old highlighted that the training intensity at Kryvbas is on another level compared to what he was used to, but he is determined to adapt quickly. Before completing the move, he spoke with Ori and Bar Lin, who told him that Kryvbas is a big club with serious ambition — one that helps players develop and move forward in their careers. "It's a great honor to be part of this team. I know Kryvbas always sets the highest goals — to win every match and to be among the best. That completely matches my own ambitions. I want to work hard, help the team, show my best football, and contribute to Kryvbas achieving its targets," added the midfielder. Kryvbas will kick off their 2026/27 Ukrainian Premier League campaign on Saturday, August 1, at home against Karpaty.
