Manchester United Complete Signing of Andrey Santos

Manchester United have officially announced the signing of Brazilian midfielder Andrey Santos, the club confirmed on Monday. The 22-year-old has put pen to paper on a contract running until June 2031, with an option for a further season. Santos arrives at Old Trafford following a season at Chelsea, where he made 43 appearances across all competitions. In the Premier League last term, he ranked first among midfielders under 22 for successful and progressive passes per 90 minutes. He contributed 2 goals and 2 assists for the Blues. Before his stint at Chelsea, Santos spent time on loan at Strasbourg, where he frequently wore the captain’s armband, scoring 11 goals and providing 5 assists.
