Al-Ahli finalize €50 million deal for Sporting's Francisco Trincão

Al-Ahli have reached a full agreement with Sporting for the transfer of winger Francisco Trincão, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. The deal is worth a fixed €45 million plus an additional €5 million in bonuses, bringing the total package to €50 million. The Saudi club are now exchanging documents with the Portuguese side to finalize the move. The 26-year-old Portugal international is seen as the direct replacement for Riyad Mahrez, who is leaving Al-Ahli as a free agent. Trincão joined Sporting in 2022 and has since made 208 appearances across all competitions, scoring 47 goals and providing 44 assists. In the 2025/26 season, he has played 54 matches, notching 13 goals and 15 assists.
