Thorgan Hazard returns to Lens in official move

Lens have officially announced the return of attacking midfielder Thorgan Hazard, who joins on loan from Anderlecht until the summer of 2028. The 33-year-old Belgian came through the club’s academy and began his professional career there. Now he’s back to bring his experience to the squad. Hazard has played in Germany, the Netherlands, and Belgium over the years. His club career includes 522 appearances, 64 of them in European competitions, along with 47 caps for the Belgian national team. Last season with Anderlecht, Hazard featured in 46 matches, scoring 15 goals and providing 11 assists.
