Two Ukrainians Named in U-19 Euro 2026 Team of the Tournament

UEFA has revealed the official Team of the Tournament for the recently concluded U-19 European Championship, and two Ukrainian players have made the cut. Defender Danilo Maslov, who plays for Slovenian side Olimpija Ljubljana, and Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Pavlo Lyusin were both included. The selection features six Spanish players, two Germans, and one Italian. Spain, as expected, claimed the title with a 2-0 victory in the final. Ukraine, meanwhile, reached the semifinals before falling to Germany 1-2. Despite the disappointment, the performances of Maslov and Lyusin earned them spots among the continent's best young talents.
