Cagliari Complete Signing of Harry Winks from Leicester

Cagliari have officially announced the signing of Leicester City midfielder Harry Winks. The 30-year-old Englishman has put pen to paper on a contract that runs until the summer of 2028. Winks came through the academy at Tottenham Hotspur, where he made 203 appearances between 2014 and 2023. Last season, he featured 36 times for Leicester in all competitions, scoring two goals and providing two assists. This move marks a return to Italy for Winks, who spent the 2022/23 campaign on loan at Sampdoria. Now he will look to bring his experience to Cagliari’s midfield as they continue their Serie A campaign.
