Fiorentina announced the transfer of the fifth rookie this summer

Central midfielder Crist Inao Ulai changed Trabzonspor to Fiorentina, the official website of the Florentines reports. According to journalist Nicolo Scira, the Serie A club's contract with the 20-year-old Ivorian runs until the end of June 2031. The transfer cost Fiorentina 26+4 million euros, while Trabzonspor can also count on 10% of the funds from a potential future sale of the player. Inao Ulai spent one campaign in Turkey, during which he scored two goals and provided four assists in 31 matches. At the 2026 World Cup, Christ took part in four of the four matches of the Ivory Coast national team. For the Florentines, the midfielder became the fifth summer newcomer after Alex Jimenez, Radu Dregushyn (both on loan), Arthur Atta and Vieri. They also bought back previously loaned players Giovanni Fabbiano and Marco Brescianini.
