Ben Godfrey: Rangers sign ex-Everton defender on season-long loan from Atalanta

Rangers have signed ex-Everton defender Ben Godfrey from Atalanta on a season-long loan, with an option to make the deal permanent next summer. News revealed on Sunday that the 28-year-old had completed a Rangers medical ahead of his move from the Serie A side. Godfrey becomes Rangers' third summer signing after the arrivals of Lawrence Shankland and Ross McCrorie.
