Hibernian Drawn Against Kosovo’s Malisheva in Conference League Qualifying

Hibernian will face Malisheva from Kosovo in the second round of UEFA Conference League qualifying later this month. The Kosovan side, runners-up in the Kosovo Superleague last season, overturned a 2-1 first-leg deficit against Albania’s Vllaznia with a stunning 5-0 win in the return leg on Wednesday, advancing 6-2 on aggregate. David Gray’s men, ranked well over 100 places above their opponents in UEFA’s club coefficients, will travel for the first leg on July 23 before hosting the return at Easter Road on July 30. Elsewhere in European qualifying, Hearts take on Austria’s Sturm Graz in the second round of Champions League qualifying, while Motherwell are set to face Havnar Boltfelag from the Faroe Islands in the second round of Conference League qualifying.
