"Chelsea" agreed personal terms with Xhaka

"Chelsea" has reached a verbal agreement with "Sunderland" midfielder Granit Xhaka regarding the terms of a personal contract. According to journalist Florian Plettenberg, the parties have fully agreed on the personal terms of the future agreement.
