According to Avdysh, Lupashko had genuine interest from a Ukrainian Premier League club. There was also an opportunity to take over a national team from an exotic country. However, the concrete project at Lechia, the trust shown by the board, and the club’s long-term ambitions sealed the deal. “Vladyslav could have gone to work with a faraway national federation, but he chose to develop in European club football. Lechia offered him a clear vision and real room to grow,” the agent said.
