This mechanism is meant to ensure that MLS clubs don't negotiate with the same player, but Miami disregarded the rule. As a result, the Galaxy are allegedly asking for a fine in addition to the compensation they will receive in exchange for Casemiro's rights.
Barcelona want Sesko
