Youri Tielemans to Manchester United – The Belgium midfielder has triggered a €41 million (£35m) release clause in his Aston Villa contract and has made Old Trafford his priority. Despite Unai Emery’s efforts to keep him following an impressive three-year run, Villa cannot block the exit. An official announcement is expected imminently. Leandro Trossard to Besiktas – Arsenal have agreed a €20m fee with the Turkish club for the 31-year-old winger. The news came out when it was meant to.” Pep Chavarria to Chelsea – The Blues have submitted a third bid for Rayo Vallecano left-back Pep Chavarria.
