Manchester United will no longer be able to isolate unwanted players: Rashford will return to...

Manchester United will no longer be able to use the method of banning players from the first team that was used during last summer's transfer window. Broadcaster journalist Simon Stone reports this.
Last year, then head coach Ruben Amorim formed a so-called "bomb squad" of five football players. Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Alejandro Garnacho, Anthony and Tyrell Malacia have been suspended from training with the first team and have not had access to its infrastructure.
Four of the five players ended up leaving the club that summer, while Malasia stayed at Manchester United until the end of his contract.
However, this time such a scenario is impossible. On the eve of the World Cup, FIFA and the football union FIFPRO have reached an agreement that officially bans the practice of isolating players from the main group due to transfer or personnel decisions of the club.
It means Marcus Rashford, who will return to Old Trafford after a one-year loan at Barcelona, will be fully eligible to train with the first team regardless of the management's plans for his future. According to the source, Manchester United is ready to consider the sale of the English forward, but cannot limit his participation in the training process.
After the World Cup, Rashford is due to join Michael Carrick's squad for a pre-season meeting.
