The Lviv Movement announced on its official website the appointment of a new head coach, Bohdan Yesyp. The 47-year-old specialist has worked in the Lviv club since the summer of 2022, leading the youth squads of Lviv residents. Yesip's coaching staff included assistant Serhii Rybalka, physical training coach Oleksiy Dityatiev and analytical coach Kyrylo Bogatyr. In his new position, Bohdan succeeded Ivan Fedyk, who had already headed Ternopil's Niva. Rukh also announced the departure of defender Denys Slyusar, who played for the team since October 2020. He has played 60 matches for Lviv and scored one goal. Meanwhile, Bukovyna, which is preparing for the season in the Ukrainian Premier League after being promoted, said goodbye to striker Danylo Honcharuk. The 23-year-old Ukrainian's contract expired and the parties decided not to renew it. Honcharuk played for the Chernivtsi team since February 2024. He has 41 matches, eight goals and seven assists. Last season, he played only five matches, missing most of the matches due to injury. It was previously reported that the main focus is on youth development.
