French PSG are working on signing a new central defender. This was reported by insider insider. According to the source, the club from Paris expects to find a new defender already during the current summer transfer window. Currently, the head coach of PSG has four central defenders at his disposal: William Pacho, Marquinhos, Lucas Beraldo and Ilya Zabarny. The Ukrainian defender moved to PSG from the English Bournemouth in August last year. The amount of the transfer, according to Transfermarkt, was 63 million euros plus bonuses. Since then, Zabarny has played 37 matches for the Parisians and scored one goal. At the start of the season, he regularly appeared in the starting line-up, but later lost his place in the main matches, in particular, playing only one full match in the Champions League. Earlier it was reported that PSG offered the English Liverpool an option with the transfer of Zabarny.
