Oyarzabal: 'I hope there are many more important moments ahead'

Spain forward Mikel Oyarzabal shared his thoughts after La Roja's 3-0 victory over Austria in the Round of 32 at the 2026 World Cup. "I'm happy with the win and excited to move on to the next round. It's only going to get tougher. I hope there are still many important moments ahead. This team has given us reasons to believe over the last few years – we always fight in the big games. We have to be able to beat Uruguay even when things aren't going our way. I've said it before – I hope I don't have to score more goals if the team is doing well. If I can help that way, I will. If not, I'll help in another way. I don't mind, and I mean that seriously. What matters to me is having my family here and the incredible atmosphere we have in the dressing room," Oyarzabal told Marca.
