Artem Dovbyk on the verge of Genoa move

Ukrainian striker Artem Dovbyk has agreed to join Italian side Genoa, according to renowned journalist and insider Nicolo Schira. The forward has given the green light for the transfer, with personal terms tentatively set through 2031. The deal is expected to be an initial loan with an obligation for Genoa to make the move permanent afterward. Last season, hampered by various injuries, Dovbyk made 20 appearances for his current club across all competitions, scoring six goals and adding two assists. His existing contract with the club runs until the summer of 2029. Transfermarkt values the 27-year-old at €15 million.
