Brighton Complete Signing of Luka Vuskovic from Tottenham

Brighton have officially announced the signing of Croatian center-back Luka Vuskovic. The 20-year-old joins the Seagulls from Tottenham Hotspur, where he was under contract. Vuskovic is widely regarded as one of Croatia’s most promising young defenders. He started his career at Hajduk Split before catching Tottenham’s eye, leading to his move to north London. The Croatian spent the last few seasons out on loan, gaining regular minutes and developing his game. Most recently, he featured for German side Hamburg, notching 30 appearances and scoring six goals last term. Brighton believe he can strengthen their backline significantly. Separately, it was recently confirmed that RB Leipzig extended the loan of Brighton-owned attacker Gruda, with an option to make the move permanent.
