The national team of Ukraine will play Nations League matches against Northern Ireland and Hungary in Slovakia

The UAF Executive Committee approved the venue for home matches of the Ukrainian national team in the third and fourth rounds of the League of Nations in the 2026/27 season. This was reported by the UAF press service. Andrea Maldera's team's matches against Northern Ireland and Hungary will be held near Bratislava at the Anton Malatynbroadcaster Stadium in Trnava. We will remind, the match against Northern Ireland will be held on October 2, and the meeting with Hungary is scheduled for October 5. Both meetings will start at 21:45 Kyiv time. It should be noted that Ukraine has already played in this stadium as part of the Euro-2024 selection - it was a match against Malta (1:0). The arena holds 19,000 fans and is the second largest in Slovakia. Ukraine will play its first match in the new League of Nations draw against Hungary on September 25, at 9:45 p.m. Then there will be a meeting with Georgia - on September 28 at 19:00.
