Panathinaikos enter talks for Shakhtar defender Gocholeishvili

Giorgi Gocholeishvili could be on the move again. According to journalist Rudy Galetti, Panathinaikos have opened negotiations with the representatives of the Shakhtar Donetsk defender. The 25-year-old Georgian international is also attracting interest from other European clubs. His current contract with the Ukrainian side runs until December 2029. Last season, Gocholeishvili was on loan at Hamburg, where he made 27 appearances and registered one assist.
