Lonwijk: We Created Chances, But It's Frustrating Not to Finish Them

Dynamo Kyiv midfielder Justin Lonwijk reflected on his team's 3-2 defeat to PAOK in the first leg of the Europa League second qualifying round, a match in which he found the net himself. "Of course, it's nice to score, especially a goal that kept us in the game. We wanted to fight back, get another goal and at least earn a draw. Unfortunately, we couldn't do it. I want to help the team. I'm back now and ready for the coach to use me. I give everything to achieve our goal. What was I thinking before coming on? We were down 3-1. The coaching staff explained my role. They know what I can do. I like to make things happen in the final third, so I went out there and tried to do that. The whole team pushed for a third goal. It's good that we created those chances, but it's frustrating that we didn't put them away. This is only the first leg. We still have the second one in Greece. We showed we are a quality side.
