Loïs Openda to Join Lyon on Loan, Says Romano

Lyon have reached an agreement with Juventus to take striker Loïs Openda on loan, according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano. The deal does not include a purchase option, meaning the Belgian will return to Turin at the end of the season. Juventus will receive a €3 million loan fee. In Serie A last term, Openda made 24 appearances and scored one goal. The 25-year-old is expected to undergo a medical in the coming days and complete the move before an official announcement. Lyon also confirmed earlier that captain Corentin Tolisso had signed a contract extension.
