Filip Jørgensen on the verge of leaving Chelsea for Strasbourg

Chelsea's goalkeeping reshuffle is taking shape, with Danish shot-stopper Filip Jørgensen closing in on a move to Ligue 1 side Strasbourg. According to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano, the two clubs have reached a near-complete agreement, with only minor technicalities left to iron out. Jørgensen has already cut short his involvement in Chelsea's pre-season camp and will not take part in the Blues' upcoming training sessions - a clear sign that the transfer is in its final stages. The 24-year-old Denmark international joined Chelsea from Villarreal in the summer of 2024 for €24.5 million. Last season he made 12 appearances across all competitions. Transfermarkt currently values him at €15 million. An official announcement is expected in the coming days once the remaining paperwork is finalised.
