Bournemouth's Krupí out for three to four months after foot surgery

Eli Junior Krupí has undergone surgery after suffering a fracture of the fifth metatarsal, according to transfer insider Fabrizio Romano. The 19-year-old Bournemouth forward is now in recovery after a successful operation. Depending on how his rehabilitation progresses, he is expected to be sidelined for three to four months. It is a significant blow for Bournemouth, who considered the young Frenchman a key player heading into the new season. Krupí joined the Premier League side last summer from Lorient for €15 million and made an instant impact, scoring 13 goals in 35 appearances in his debut campaign.
