Dynamo Kyiv learn Conference League qualifying opponent

Dynamo Kyiv will face Azerbaijani side Qarabag in the third qualifying round of the 2026/27 UEFA Conference League. Gurban Gurbanov's team dropped out of the Europa League qualifying after losing to CSKA Sofia in a penalty shootout. Both legs ended 0-0, home and away. Extra time couldn't separate them either, and the Bulgarians prevailed 5-4 from the spot. The first leg, nominally at home for Dynamo, will be played on August 6 at Arena Lublin in Poland. The return match is set for August 13 at the Tofiq Bahramov Republican Stadium in Baku. The two clubs have never met in European competition before.
