Napoli's Gutiérrez closing in on Bayer Leverkusen switch

Miguel Gutiérrez is closing in on a move to Bayer Leverkusen. Transfer insider Nicolò Schira reports that the Bundesliga club have practically agreed a deal with Napoli for the 25-year-old left-back. The transfer is expected to be worth around €28-30 million. Gutiérrez has already reached an agreement with Bayer on personal terms, with a contract through the summer of 2031. The Spaniard joined Napoli from Girona last summer and has made 36 appearances for the club, scoring once and adding one assist.
