Porto beat Torreense to clinch record 25th Portuguese Super Cup

Porto edged Torreense 1-0 to win the Portuguese Super Cup. Viktor Froholdt scored the only goal late in the first half. The victory gave Porto a record 25th Super Cup title, with Benfica next on 10 wins. Torreense were making their first appearance in the competition after last season's historic Portuguese Cup triumph.
