Kudrivka add Shakhtar pair on loan ahead of new UPL season

Kudrivka have officially confirmed two new arrivals ahead of the new Ukrainian Premier League season. Central midfielder Kyrylo Sihieiev and right winger Oleksandr Yushchenko have joined the club on loan from Shakhtar Donetsk, with the length of the deals not disclosed. Last season Sihieiev played for Slovak side Tatran, making eight appearances, scoring one goal and registering one assist. His Shakhtar contract runs until the summer of 2030, and Transfermarkt values the player at €100,000. Yushchenko was not registered for Shakhtar's youth team in the 2025/26 campaign. His current contract with Shakhtar runs through the end of the 2028/29 season. Kudrivka will open the new UPL campaign on August 3 with an away match against Shakhtar. Kickoff is scheduled for 18:00 local time.
