Van Gaal keeps door open for fourth Netherlands spell

Louis van Gaal has not ruled out another return to the Netherlands dugout. According to De Telegraaf, the 75-year-old is ready to discuss a new appointment with the Royal Dutch Football Association if they come to him with an offer. The former boss will not push for the job on his own, but he would sit down with the KNVB if the federation shows interest. His current health allows him to work at the highest level again. Van Gaal continues to follow the international game closely and knows most of the current Netherlands squad. He has already been in charge of the national team on three occasions: 2000-2001, 2012-2014 and 2021-2022.
