Ajax turns down PSG's opening bid for Mika Godts

Ajax has rejected Paris Saint-Germain's first offer for Mika Godts. According to De Telegraaf, PSG put €40 million on the table with a further €5 million in bonuses, but Ajax refused to enter talks on that basis. The Amsterdam club values the 21-year-old Belgian winger at more than €60 million, and sporting director Jordi Cruyff has taken a hard line over a possible sale. PSG is now considering its next move, while Ajax is working on a new long-term contract for Godts. The winger has 17 goals and 15 assists in 44 appearances across all competitions.
