Mykhailo Zvarych has called time on his professional futsal career. The 33-year-old universal player, who spent last season with SkyUP, announced his decision on Instagram.
"This is not the end. This is just the closing of one big chapter and the beginning of a new one," Zvarych wrote. In an emotional post, he thanked the coaches, teammates, club officials, medical staff, fans and his family, insisting he leaves without regret because he gave the game everything.
Zvarych closed out his club career at SkyUP, where he produced two goals and six assists in 19 matches last season. He previously turned out for Urahan, Prodexhim and Enerhiya, winning the Extra League twice with Prodexhim.
For Ukraine, Zvarych was a key figure across 73 caps and 31 goals. He helped the national team claim bronze at the 2024 Futsal World Cup and finish fourth at Euro 2022.
