Mikey Moore's Cologne loan moves closer

Cologne are in the final stage of talks with Tottenham over a loan deal for Mikey Moore, according to Florian Plettenberg. The two clubs are close to reaching a full agreement. The deal being worked on is a straight loan with no option to buy, leaving only the final details to be sorted out. Moore, 18, is regarded as one of the brightest talents to come through Tottenham's academy. Spurs believe a season in the Bundesliga will give him the regular playing time he needs to keep developing. The English winger spent last season on loan at Scottish club Rangers, where he recorded 47 appearances, seven goals and four assists.
